The Stage Manager Behind the Music

Every day, students, parents, teachers, and schedules are constantly changing. Your job is to make sure the right people are in the right place at the right time so the music can happen.

What You’ll Be Doing
The Studio Scheduling Coordinator is the hub of our studio.
You’ll help welcome new students, coordinate lesson schedules, work with teachers and families to solve scheduling challenges, and keep the studio running smoothly behind the scenes.
Every day is a little different. One moment you may be helping a new family find the perfect lesson time. The next, you’ll be rearranging a schedule to accommodate a sick child, a school concert, or a teacher’s vacation.
Your job isn’t simply to maintain a calendar.
Your job is to help people continue making music—even when life gets complicated.

- Students attended lessons they might otherwise have missed.
- Teachers enjoyed productive, well-organized teaching days.

- Scheduling problems were solved before they became emergencies.
- The studio felt calm, welcoming, and organized.
Most people won’t see the work that made those things possible.
You’ll know.
And so will the teachers, students, and families whose musical journeys continued because someone cared enough to help everything fit together.

You don’t need to know all of these tools before you start. We enjoy teaching them.

About the Position
- Approximately 8–10 hours per week
- Typically 2 hours per day, 4–5 days each week
- Primarily weekday afternoons
- Training provided
- Opportunity to grow into additional operational responsibilities over time for the right person
