The 4-Lesson Package is designed for students who would like to schedule regular, weekly lessons. 4-Lesson Package students receive a discount of 5-8%.
4-Lesson Package
- Regular, weekly lessons must be scheduled to book package.
- Payments must be received by the first lesson of each package.
- 4-Lesson Packages renew automatically. We will send you an invoice for the renewal.
- Lessons must be completed within 5 weeks.
- Payments must be received by the 1st lesson of each package.
- If an invoice remains unpaid for 7 days after the 1st lesson of the package, a reminder invoice will be sent. A $5 Invoice Fee will be added.
- In December, we will only offer 1-, 2-, or 3-Lesson Packages so all lessons paid for can be completed by December 20 (at the same per-lesson price as the 4-Lesson Package).
- If you are unable to attend one of your regularly-scheduled lessons, you may book a makeup lesson within the five-week period. If a spot isn’t available with your regular instructor, you may book with a different instructor.
- If you are unable to complete four lessons within the allotted time, no refund or credit will be issued.
Cancellation Policy
- We require a minimum of 24-hours notice of cancellation. If a student cancels with less than 24-hours notice, the student is responsible for lesson payment.
- At our discretion, we may make exceptions on a case-by-case basis for sudden illness or emergency.
- Ask for information about grace notes.
Snow Policy
- We do not close for school snow days. Call or email if you need to reschedule.

Student Schedule Planner
Prior to the beginning of each new session, we will ask every student to use this form to help us schedule everyone for times that work best for all.
Click on the blank form to download, cross out all the times that you or your child are NOT available. Leave the spaces you are available open (unmarked).
Sample Form Filled Out
In this example, the student is available for lessons as follows:
- Mondays from 5:00 – 6:00 p.m. (ending at 6:30 p.m.)
- Wednesdays from 3:00 – 6:00 p.m. (ending at 6:30 p.m.)
- Thursdays from 3:00 – 4:30 p.m. (ending at 5:00 p.m.)
