The 4-Lesson Package is designed for students who would like to schedule regular, weekly lessons.
4-Lesson Package
- Regular, weekly lessons must be scheduled to book package.
- Payment for entire package must be received by the first lesson of each package.
- 4-Lesson Packages renew automatically. We will send an invoice for the renewal.
- Lessons are intended to be completed within 4 weeks. A 5th week is available, if needed, to accommodate scheduling conflicts or missed lessons. All 4 lessons must be completed within 5 weeks.
- If an invoice remains unpaid for 7 days after the 1st lesson of the package, a reminder invoice will be sent. A $5 Invoice Fee will be added.
- At the end of the term, we will only offer 1-, 2-, or 3-Lesson Packages so all lessons paid for can be completed by the last day of the term (at the same per-lesson price as the 4-Lesson Package).
- If you are unable to attend one of your regularly scheduled lessons, you may book a makeup lesson at a different time within the five-week period. If a makeup time is not available with your primary teacher, you may book with a different instructor, subject to availability.
- If you are unable to complete four lessons within the allotted time, no refund or credit will be issued.
Cancellation Policy
- We require a minimum of 24-hours notice of cancellation. If a student cancels with less than 24-hours notice, the student is responsible for lesson payment.
- At our discretion, we may make exceptions on a case-by-case basis for sudden illness or emergency.
- If Crescendo or the instructor cancels a lesson, the lesson will be rescheduled and will not be forfeited if the five-week package period has passed.
Snow / Holiday Policy
- We do not close for school snow days. Call or email if you need to reschedule.
- We are open during school breaks and holidays. Let us know if you will be away.

The Crescendo Collaborative 5-Lesson Package combines regular, weekly lessons with a student’s primary teacher with one additional collaborative lesson per package. The fifth lesson offers an opportunity for collaborative instruction with another Crescendo teacher, allowing students to benefit from a different perspective, area of expertise, or musical experience while remaining committed to their primary teacher.
Collaborative 5-Lesson Package

- Collaborative 5-Lesson Packages renew automatically. We will send an invoice for the renewal.
- Lessons are intended to be completed within 4 weeks. A 5th week is available, if needed, to accommodate scheduling conflicts or missed lessons. All 5 lessons must be completed within 5 weeks.
- During the week that the lesson with the collaborative teacher occurs, students are expected to attend both: their regularly scheduled lesson with their instructor, and their lesson with collaborative teacher.
- The lesson with the collaborative teacher is designed to complement, not replace, instruction with the student’s regular teacher
