Kirsten Livingston was the first hire at Crescendo Music Loft and remains the most senior member of our team. With more than 25 years of experience in graphic design and project management, she has become the structural backbone of the studio.
As Architect of Operations & Cash Flow, Kirsten oversees scheduling, student enrollment logistics, and Accounts Receivable — designing and managing the systems that keep lessons running smoothly and the studio financially steady. She ensures there are no facility conflicts, no calendar chaos, and no mystery invoices. If it’s organized, coordinated, or flowing properly, Kirsten likely built the framework.
In addition to her operational leadership, she continues to design the flyers, printed materials, and visual elements that shape Crescendo’s public face.
When she isn’t orchestrating the Loft’s daily operations, Kirsten practices yoga and maintains a well-documented appreciation for foods rich in cinnamon — earning her the enduring nickname “Cinnamon Girl.”
